Does SitePing have a firewall?
No. SitePing finds tampering and sends alerts; it does not filter traffic. If you need a firewall, keep the one you have.
Can SitePing test updates on a staging copy?
Not yet. Today it takes a restore point before each WordPress update and rolls back if the site breaks.
