Uptime reports and SLA targets you can show to clients

A maintenance contract promises availability. At the end of the month the client wants to see the number.

The numbers sit in a dashboard nobody opens.

Clients pay for maintenance and see nothing when it works. A monthly report with uptime, backups and updates shows the work.

If you promise 99.9%, you also need to know before the end of the month that you are slipping under it.

From every check to a monthly page.

  1. Uptime by period

Uptime, downtime, outages, failed checks and average response time over 24 hours, 7, 30, 90 and 365 days.

  2. SLA target

A target per site from 90 to 99.999%, compared with the last 30 days. A warning opens when the site falls under it.

  3. Monthly report

After each month, a report per client with uptime, response time, outages, backups, updates and security alerts, in PDF with your logo.

Frequently asked questions

Are the report numbers recalculated later?

No. A report keeps the numbers read when it was written, so it does not change after you sent it.

Can I open the CSV in Excel safely?

Yes. Text that looks like a formula gets a leading apostrophe, so a site name or an error message never runs as a formula.
